SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your order for Blundstone boots will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days. In busy periods, processing can take 4-6 working days.
Free shipping - with no minimum order value. We do not deliver to countries outside the EU.
Your Blundstone boots are shipped by DHL.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct before confirming the order. If your delivery address differs from your billing address, please enter both, as we need your billing address for payment processing. If the delivery address is incorrect, we cannot accept any liability. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after the order has been placed.
The right of ownership and risk of loss in relation to the goods passes to you as soon as you come into possession of the goods.
< br> We will do everything possible to deliver within the stated deadlines, but we cannot fully guarantee the delivery dates as the dispatch is carried out by third parties and is dependent on the operator's regional holidays.

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase are. However, you have the option of returning your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
In the case of returns, the full price will be reimbursed after we receive back the goods in saleable condition. The costs of the return will be borne by us.

Items purchased as gifts can only be refunded with the permission of the original buyer along with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made to the original buyer.
As long as the goods are your property, you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition.
Blundstone return - in a few steps:
- Pack the package well and safely, put the original shoe box in an outer box and do not stick anything to the shoe box. Please make sure you're returning the items in saleable condition.
- Enter your details in the return slip supplied, put the slip in the package and seal it.
- Under the following link, please enter your data, after which you will receive a return label by email. Print out the label and stick it on the parcel or show the QR code in a DHL parcel shop.

- Hand in your package at a DHL parcel shop or alternatively send it around the clock and without registration at a packing station.
- As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the corresponding amount within 3-5 working days.
- Please keep the proof of sending as proof until the reimbursement.
