Shipping policy

Your order for Blundstone boots will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days. In busy periods, processing can take 4-6 working days.

Shipping is free for orders over €50. Countries we ship to include Ireland, Germany and Austria.

Your Blundstone boots are shipped by DHL.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct before confirming the order. If your delivery address differs from your billing address, please enter both, as we need your billing address for payment processing. If the delivery address is incorrect, we cannot accept any liability. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after the order has been placed.

The right of ownership and risk of loss in relation to the goods passes to you as soon as you come into possession of the goods.

We will do everything possible to deliver within the stated deadlines, but we cannot fully guarantee the delivery dates as the shipping is carried out by third parties and is dependent on the operator's regional holidays.
