Refund policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase are. However, you have the option of returning your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

In the case of returns, the full price will be reimbursed after we receive back the goods in saleable condition. The costs of the return will be borne by us.

Items purchased as gifts can only be refunded with the permission of the original buyer along with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made to the original buyer.

As long as the goods are your property, you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition.

Blundstone return - in a few steps:

  1. Pack the package well and safely, put the original shoe box in an outer box and do not stick anything to the shoe box. Please make sure you're returning the items in saleable condition.

  2. Enter your details in the return slip supplied, put the slip in the package and seal it.

  3. Using one of the following links, please enter your details, after which you will receive a return label by email. Print out the label and stick it on the parcel or show the QR code in a DHL parcel shop.

  4. Hand in your package at a DHL parcel shop or alternatively send it around the clock and without registration at a packing station.

  5. As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the corresponding amount within 3-5 working days.

  6. Please keep the proof of sending as proof until the reimbursement.
