SUPPLY CHAIN + LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (m/f/d)
Full-time · Immediate start · Rheinbreitbach/Rhineland-Palatinate · Office presence preferred, remote work partially possible
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for planning and managing the entire supply chain from ordering goods to final delivery
- Planning and monitoring inventory, delivery deadlines, and product availability
- Support with seasonal merchandise planning and forecasts
- Coordination of orders and deliveries with the manufacturer
- Coordination with freight forwarders, warehouse, and logistics service providers
- Analysis and optimization of stock levels and goods flows
- Handling and resolution of delivery discrepancies, shortages, and transport damage
- Close collaboration with purchasing, sales, and finance departments
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics, supply chain, trade, or business administration
- Professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, scheduling, logistics, or inventory management
- Ideally, experience in an international trading environment or in the fashion, lifestyle, or footwear industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP/inventory management systems is an advantage
- Very good organizational and analytical skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with international partners
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- High sense of responsibility and a distinct understanding of goods flows and processes

HEAD OF OPERATIONS (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
- Overall responsibility for the operations department
- Optimization and standardization of existing processes, ensuring stable workflows, and building new structures
- Creation of planning figures in close coordination with the Australian manufacturer, as well as strategic procurement planning and purchasing
- Establishment of transparent reporting and controlling structures, managing relevant KPIs, and ensuring the achievement of operational goals

- Contact person for the parent company in the UK for IT and other operational processes

- Experience in a comparable leadership position desired
