  • Are all Blundstone Boots Unisex?
    Many of the Blundstone boots are unisex, but not all. The women's boots, for example, have a narrower design.

  • Is there a tracking number for my order?
    You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. This email will contain a link that will let you track order with DHL shipment tracking.


  • How do I care for my Blundstone boots?

  • I am going away for a month and will miss the return window for my order. Can I return the item when I come back?
    Our return policy states that goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. It is at our discretion to accept goods outside of the return policy. Please contact us in advance and we will let you know how we can help.
  • I received a pair of Blundstone boots as a gift but they don't fit, can I return them without a proof of purchase?
    Unfortunately, we require proof of purchase for all returns. Central Trade Germany is a distributor for Germany and Austria of Blundstone but we can only accept returns for goods that were purchased directly from our mail order company or our specialist shops. Please contact the person who gave you your gift and we are sure they will be happy to help. We have access to all of our mail order records, and even if you are unable to provide us with the latest delivery note as proof of purchase we may still be able to find your order if you are able to provide us witheither the shipping number or the original buyer's contact details. We will do our best to help. However, if your gift was purchased from one of our retail stores, we will need the original receipt or a copy of it. In cases in which the original payment card cannot be provided, the reimbursement is at the discretion of the retail partner.
  • I bought a pair of Blundstones from another retailer; can I return them to you?
    As Central Trade Germany, we are the distributor for Germany and Austria for Blundstone. Your sales contract is with the original retailer from whom your goods were purchased and therefore you must follow their return policy, we cannot accept returns for goods purchased elsewhere. We have no control over other retailers' return policies, and are unable to influence their decisions.
  • I bought a pair of Blundstones abroad, can I return them to Blundstone Germany?
    As Central Trade Germany we are the Blundstone distributor for Germany and Austria and and operate separately from other international suppliers and retailers. This means that we cannot refund or exchange goods bought abroad. If you would like to make a return, you must contact the original retailer and follow their return policy.
  • Can I return items without proof of purchase?
    Unfortunately we do require some form of proof of purchase for all returns even those gifted. We run as an independent retail company both within Germany and internationally and we can only accept returns for goods bought directly. We do have access to all mail order sales records, and even if you cannot provide us with the actual packing slip as proof of purchase you can quote the mail order number or at least provide us with the contact details of the purchaser and we will do our best to help. In instances where the original payment card cannot be provided, any refund will be at the discretion of the manager.
  • What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?
    Please follow our Returns Policy available to view on our website. If you send the item back to us in its original condition and within the stated period, you can either get an exchange if the item is in stock, or receive a full refund. Terms and conditions apply.


  • I saw this great pair of blundstones on another website but your site doesn't seem to stock them.
    We regret that we do not have every style and color in the Blundstone range - we try our best to stock a good selection of styles and sizes that will fit the majority of our customers. Many countries have styles and colors specially designed for their market.
  • Why are my “waterproof” boots leaking?
    There is currently no established industry standard for classifying a waterproof product. Leather boots can't be 100% waterproof, but we make them as waterproof as the material allows whilst allowing the foot to breathe. Blundstone's unique construction and limited number of seams means there are fewer ways for water to enter. To improve water resistance and durability, apply appropriate protection before wearing and after each cleaning.
  • What is the difference between water resistant and water repellent?
    Water-resistant products have the lowest level of resilience offering some water protection. Sometimes the material has been coated with a very light substance making water penetration more difficult and is usually able to withstand a light rain shower. Water-repellent products provide greater protection than those that are water-resistant but not sufficient to be labelled waterproof. Water-repellent products are usually coated with a more resilient substance to make water penetration even more difficult.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    We strive to process a refunds as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take between 5 and 7 working days to process, but during exceptionally busy sales times it can take up to 14 working days to process. Please note that it may take another 3-5 working days for a refund to appear on your bank statement.


  • Why do you need my email address or phone number?
    We ask for this information so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order, e.g. if there is a delivery problem and we need to contact you to resolve it. We will only send you marketing and product update emails if you specifically sign up for the Blundstone mailing list (There's a link at the bottom of the page if you want to join). We do not sell email addresses or phone numbers to other companies.
  • How safe is my data?
    Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that encrypts the data you enter. We only include the last five digits of your credit card numbers when we confirm an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the responsible credit card company when processing the order. We ensure physical, electronic and procedural security precautions in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personal customer data. Our security procedures mean that from time to time we may request proof of identity before we provide any personal information to you. In the following we would like to recommend some precautionary measures: If you use a public computer (e.g. in a library or an internet café), always log out when you have finished shopping at Blundstone.de. Always keep your passwords to yourself. Anyone who knows your password can access your account. Try not to write down your passwords. Use at least eight characters when creating a password. A combination of letters and numbers is best. Do not use a personal name, email address, or other personal information that is easily accessible. You should change your password regularly. Avoid using the same password for accounts on different websites.


  • I'm confused about sizing, how do I know my size?
    Sizes might vary from from style to style and much depends on the shape of each individual’s feet. The website provides a Size Guide to assist with international conversions and can be found for every footwear selected. Remember, we do accept returns should a fit not be suitable.
